This obviously says something about where the real estate market in Cache Valley is right now. There are currently 861 residential listings in Cache County right now with 103 that are under contract, and that is about 12% of the market. There are not a lot of buyers out there so this puts an emphasis on having homes priced right when they are first listed so that buyers are attracted when they first come across the new home. Homes in Cache Valley are being shown less and less, so when they are shown it is important that it is staged correctly so that the buyers can see themselves in that house and that it has a WOW factor that attracts them to the home. Homes in Logan are selling the most with 44 under contract and 230 have sold in the past 6 months. It is a competitive market and home sellers need to understand that and must be patient with this market in Cache Valley.
