Rates! Rates! & Rates!. They are outstanding. You are at 4.375% on Rural Housing and Conv. snd 4.25% on FHA. This is a 30 yr fixed. It is even possible with the right credit score and situation to get 4.25%. Wow !!!!!!!!!! Rates are good because the manufacturing data came in weaker than expected and the private sector only hired 38,000 jobs. They were expecting to hire 175,000. Let me know if I can help.
