Rates continue to be outstanding. Some lower than expected news has helped rates this week. Total new jobs for May was only 54,000. That was 160,000 less than what they were expecting and the unemployment rate went up to 9.1%. So we are still seeing great rates. 30 yr is 4.375 across the board. Outstanding.
